Delivery Details

Goods are sent via Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, within 30 days. You will be required to pay extra for delivery – see delivery charges and options below.

We deliver to UK and EU countries only. It may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.


Please note:

  • Next Day UK Delivery is only available for orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm within the UK. Exceptions may apply to some UK postcodes.
  • Next Day UK Delivery option is not available on any orders which include Stepan Terteryan products. Delivery time for Stepan Terteryan products can take up to 4 weeks as they are handmade products on order.

Delivery charges and options

The following is a guide to our delivery charges, but the definitive charges will be as in the final order confirmation.

You will be able to select your preferred method of delivery at the Checkout stage.


  • Standard UK Delivery - £3.50
  • Next Day UK Delivery - £5.50
  • Standard EU Delivery - £8.50

Delivery times and dates are only an estimate and we will not be liable for any loss or costs arising due to delayed delivery.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order and as far as reasonably possible in line with our delivery details.


Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods.

 

To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or by email.

You cannot cancel your contract in the following circumstances:
a. If the goods have been used
b. If the goods’ tags and labels have been removed
c. If the goods are custom made
d. If the goods are products, which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, e.g. earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
